Now you will need to show your passport just to visit, the Driver's Liscense isn't going to work anymore. How has this affected people who live right on the border and travel back and forth regularly?

Secondly, the rejection should tell you why it was returned.
Did you follow the instructions properly? You should make sure that everything on the checklist is included.
