passport missing

hi,
I applied for canada visa online and got a confirmation to send a passport to newyork canada consulate . I sent the passport around 10 days back but i didnt get any mail form them and i enclosed a return envelope and its tracking has no information about the passport. I wandering whether my passport was missed. Could you guys guide me how to contact the canada consulate in newyork and how to track my passport.

thank you,i called to them about my passport there is no way to contact them about the passport missing. I mailed to that email address but i did not get any response from them.i looking for the people who has the same problem.
