I have applied my passport on July 3rd and the date on receipt is July 31st by mail; after seeing many ppl experiencing the delay, I am bit worried if able to get mine on time, especially with travel plan 9 days after that.
Should I try to call and request to change as express/transfer?
Or I can also go to passport office explain my situation and see if they can process faster?
Not quite sure which one is safer, if I am also in bad luck not getting status changed by end of the month.
