To be on the safe side, just send anything that has stamps, visas or any markings. You have 4mb space to utilise, so anything extra would do no harm.

Read the instructions and upload what is required. Last I checked, IRCC wanted just the bio page(s) of the valid passport. They aren't launching a criminal investigation into every applicant's background that you have to compulsively provide alibis and evidences of your international travel history. PCCs are requested and submitted accordingly for the limited purposes of criminality checks.
