Passport Expiry - Need Help

Hi All,

I have renewed my Passport since old passport got expired. Need to send new Passport details to CIC.!

Could you please provide me the below details

1) Address for which new Passport details needs to be sent.
2) E-mail address if available, so that I can send the scan copy.
3) Does new Passport should be attested (Notary) (First & Last Page is enough).
4) Any application form should be filled again.
5) Any format for sending new Passport.

Please help to get the details..!

You can scan them and send them a copy at ottpilot-immigration@cic.gc.ca or you can photocopy it and mail them at

Its easier to send them scanned version of the new passport than mail them... even if you mail them you should email them saying you are sending the photocopy by mail.

My passport is in embassy for renewal right now, once its back I plan to scan and email it to them.
