I sent my passport to CPC-Ottawa for getting the visa stamped. My passport was received by the scanning and sorting company Sci Schuiteboer on Nov 7th. However when I got in touch with the immigration office over the webform on Nov 8th they responded that the passport was not received by the responsible office yet.
Does this mean my passport was lost!? I haven't had any updates about the return shipment of my passport, or the visa stamp so far.
