Passport Copies Requested During Citizenship Interview.

Landing in October 2012 as PR.
I have applied for Citizenship on 04 August 2018.
Got letter for Citizenship test & interview on September 12, 2019 at Scarborough ON
Test & Interviewed on October 08, 2019.
During interview officer asked for my passport and saw lot of traveling during last 4 years from the date of application. She tried to look the detail but it was taking lot of time to go through the stamps (> 50 traveling mainly in Asia, Europe, Middle East, Africa, Australia etc). It was not possible for her to go through all the detail so she requested me to submit the full colored copies of current and previous passports even the pages without any stamps along with translation. Officer issued me the form Notice to Applicant - Request for Supplementary Evidence CIT 0520 (06-2015) E
It took me a while to get translation of different languages. the passports copies with translation submitted on October 29, 2019.
On January 22, 2020 received the Notice to Appear : to take the Oath of Citizenship.
Oath will be on 11 February 2020.

During all this time I have not done any follow-up or call them to know about the status.

Did you submit the color photocopies by post or by email?
