Passport copies question?

I am from India.
Do we need to keep all the pages of passport or only front and back.
In Document checklist what does it mean

pages showing any amendments in name, date of birth, expiration etc

Amendment means changes made to your passport after it was issued. Was there any changes made ? If yes then copies of that pages. If No, ignore that line.

I dont have any amendments.

Yes, front and back should be enough, if there are no amendment.
