Passport copies for OOPNP application form

Do i need to send entire copy of my passport or only front and last page

YES, scan each and every page regardless blank or stammped, they are asking for copies of your old (canacled and retruned) passport also and if you wont attach, they will consider it incomplete application...

I confirmed it with OOPNP official..
