Passport copies for OOPNP application form

Do we need to provide only first and last page of passport copies or all the pages of passport copies. I am Indian but currently in London on a work permit so do i need to include work permit visa copy as well and all the stamping page as well for in and out of country.

If you are the principal applicant, then you would need to include all pages including blank pages of your passport.
