Passport back from CHC - process

Hi Gents, please advice to me the stamping process of CHC London, why they taking this much time for stamping, are they checking the passport the day of received to them or how.. please send response

my case I sent to them on 10 Feb'2014,

Do not worry
Usually they take 04 weeks - This is Max time
Drop Email to them , if you need your passports back for travel etc

Many thanks Mr. saeed for your response, you know this 4 weeks like 4 years... anyhow.. how they are doing the process. are they check the passport the same day they received or how.. pls advice
