Does anyone happen to know if it is possible to make an in-person application for multiple passports (i.e. applicant, spouse & children) without the co-applicants being present at the appointment?

In other words, if I bring signed application forms and original supporting documents for their applications in addition to my own, will they be processed?

Thanks for the advice!

Yes, i applied in-person for my wife and son. They didnt come with me to the passport office.
I took all the necessary originals for all applicants so that passport officer can verify whatever they need.

My passport officer was asking for COPR for all of us to establish family relationship. So take originals for all of you(needed for child application). It seems this is not a requirement for other offices but i was asked in windsor ontario.
