I am in the US working for a company. The company is applying for a intra company transfer to Canada in september. I heard it takes 3-4 months to process the permit. I will be travelling to India this year in October for my wedding which takes place in November. My questions are
1. How flexible is getting a work permit to Canada under Intra company transfer category with an experience of 1 year?
2. Since I will be travelling, would it be possible for me to apply online from US and if they request for the passport I travel to india and and submit it to the embassy in India?
3. When I apply online I will be single, but after the wedding I am planning to get my spouse to Canada. What do I do to get it done?
