hello friends.

i am immigrated to canada on 6th july, 2018. when i landed to toronto airport, immigration officer seized my passport and travel document and gave me one month duration to appear before him in to collect these documents
Reason of seized Documents :::: my martial status was single in their record.

In the mean time, he said that london office of immigration (as i am immigrated from Pakistan) will send me email regarding this matter and i have to reply to that email with requirements to be sent.

is that a serious matter or not???
what i have to do in this one month duration except waiting for their email???

Yes, this is a serious matter. If you applied as single but tried to land as a Permanent Resident after getting married, you a) committed misrepresentation and b) will either be denied landing or have to get your spouse included in your application. Until you are landed as a PR, you probably are just a "Visitor".

You wait... They will cancel your COPR and it's then up to the visa office to decide what to do with your application.

Please note that you are not yet a permanent resident, and you have not "landed" as an immigrant.

If you are lucky, you will be permitted to add your spouse to your application. She will have to complete all the forms that a spouse completes, and get PCC(s) and medical exam done. This is necessary whether or not she plans to join you in Canada. You can wait and see if IRCC will ask for these, or you can try to get them in advance.

If you are not lucky, your application will be denied and you will be asked to leave Canada.

i didn't lied...i got married after visa issued and i didn't got any intimate letter that i can update my profile after visa issuance.
You are advised in multiple times and places to advise IRCC immediately if your marital/family status changes. This is what happens if you neglect to do that.

Probably best to get legal advise. Don't leave this to chance. It will be the best money you ever spent.
