Passporis ready for pickup

I just got an email stating dat my passport has bin processed ready for pick up at vfs office...today is makin it 43 days since i submitted...its a paper application though...but d problem is dat there is no information as to weda it has bin approve or refused..
Am so tensed rit now ,dont know if there is any other way to find out...?

When did you apply? From where you have applied? It was online application or paper application?
