Passeport requested,they received it on january 19th but i'm still waiting....

Does anyone know how much time it takes to get a passeport back? I'm growing impatient here,they received the passeport on january 19th by Ups(i've paid both ways) but to this day still no passeport.I mean how much time do they need to issue the visa(buffalo)?It's been a month now.Please share your thoughts,experiences on the matter.Thanks

3/4 weeks. It has only been a little over 3 weeks and then there is the mailing time.
