Passed upfront medical for SOWP then what next ? Is this good sign ?

I applied for SOWP on 9 September 2020 with complete file included biometric and medical, i passed medical on 8 February 2021.

anybody tell me what is next step? Nd is this good sign that i passed medical nd update biometric.

Hi,

what proof you gave for upfront medical?

When i contacted the hospital for upfront SOWP, they told that they need either the offer letter or IME number. IME number can be recieved only after applying right?
