Hi, everyone! I'm a newbie here. I saw how supportive people are around here so I want to ask a couple of questions.
The situation is that MyCIC asked me to upload my NBI Clearance last July 20. I promptly did this, and was able to upload less than a week that it was required. When I did so, I thought that they would reply as promptly as I did. However, it has been one month already and no reply yet. They did indicate in their letter of request that if I do not submit anything by August 20, they will push through with the decision with the documents I have previously submitted. What does this mean? Does it actually mean that they will be deciding on my visa on the 20th, despite me submitting way before the deadline?
Oh, and how long does it take for Visa to be stamped once given? I'm a bit panicky right now, because I'm supposed to move into my residence by the 29th and I do not have my Visa yet. I'll be going to UBC's Okanagan Campus, by the way.
