Passed citizenship test on Aug 11, still haven't received Oath letter, is this normal?

It's been almost 4 months since I passed the test in Scarborough on Aug 11, 2017. I am worried that my letter might have been lost. Can someone confirm whether my wait time is normal?

Its pretty normal, i have a friend that he has to wait up to 7 months to get oath letter

What does your ecas say?
If your status is still in process, they are probably still doing prohibition checks.
If your status is decision made, it is just a backlog of files and many people waiting in line for their oath. In which case you can just relax and wait for your turn.

When they send oath letter, a line will be added to your ecas saying they sent you oath letter. So before letter is lost, you will see it online (in most cases).

What is your ECAS status saying? if it is in process... they are doing background check.
