Passed Citizenship Exam Oct 2019 - Still no Oath update - Hamilton

Hello,

I'm wondering if anyone can give me tips because I don't know what else to do. My timeline is the following in Hamilton office:
June 2019 AOR
Oct 2019 Passed citizenship test

Today, I still have zero update since 2019. My PR has expired and I can't visit my family, should I renew it? I can't reach anybody from IRCC phone line, and I feel like I am waiting for nothing.

Keep sending webforms every month. Request ATIP notes. Contact your MP. And yes, renew your PR card because with IRCC there are uncertainties.

That’s a long time to wait, hope you get it resolved.
Question: have you checked the new tracker? As the old one gets stuck at “we started processing you application on xxx date”.
On the new tracker you’ll be able to see if you missed something. E.g interview invite or fingerprint requests.
if you have checked and there has been no changes then I would keep calling and keep emailing them.
