Hi,
Hope you all will be enjoying best health.
My friend has just called me and requested to post this on the Forum,
He got Passport Request about 40 days before,CIC asked him if you are not in Canada or Pakistan then inform us we will guide you. He replied that he is working in SA, Since last 40 days he has sent immigration office two emails but didn't get any reply, what should he do now????????????

Call CIC or raise a case-specific inquiry or do all of them!
If you call, make sure to take a note of the agent's name, day+time etc. for future reference.
