pass port drop off Manila for PR stamp

Greetings I'm a little confused on where to go. My wife and son got approved for PR and there asking for pass port to get stamped. Do we go to the embassy to drop off or the VAC office weve done the bio metrics and paid for everything just a little lost at the moment thank you ahead if you help me out
