We received our ITA 2 months ago. We are still struggling preparing some documents. My partner completed diploma. The problem she does not have any evidence of that. It was long ago, and the school has been merged into another university ever since. We involved an agency to get us a proof of her education, the agency said this might take few other weeks, and not sure if possible. Apart from that, we have a proof of her high school.
My question, what can we do?
We are not claiming points for her education or work experience. She is dependent applicant. But we listed her education in our EE application, and after ITA. Based on that, we are asked to provide proof of that in the documents list. In addition, we can't just add the education to her history, as this was longer than 10 years ago, and the history is for last 10 years.
