Partner Countries

I recall reading a thread where legalfalcon commented on partner countries (US, UK, Australia, Canada). My recollection was that CIC had access to the credit history of applicants from these countries, is this correct?

Has anyone encountered instances of CIC checking the credit history of applicants from partner countries?
