Request some clarification as I am new to this platform. I am creating my EE profile under 0213 noc. I have worked in same organisation on 7 designations in 7.5 yrs, but can classify them in 2 different roles/noc codes(4 yrs, code 2282 + 3.5 yrs, code 0213).
I want to claim points for only current role as a manager(3.5 yrs, 0213).
Can I drop my 4 yrs exp in EE profile(later put it in personal history when ITA is recieved) and ONLY show later managerial experience(3.5 yrs out of 7.5 total in work history) ?
Would that raise a red flag?? Or its normal to split single organisation experience and claim partially ???
My second query, I am not sure on how HR should create a role and responsibilities letter in my case as I have 7 designation split across 2 roles. In order to avoid confusion later I thought of avoid unrelated noc and show only current and relevant one in EE profile.
