Partial Refunds from CIC

Hi Seniors,

Anyone applied with family, paid whole fee at once and got cancelled due to missing doc?
My AOR date is Nov 23.
Refund date is today Dec 14.
But they didn't do full refund (in the letter they said they will do full refund for Processing Fee and RPRF)

Processing Fee:
Main : 550 CAD
Spouse : 550 CAD
Child1 : 150 CAD
Child2 : 150 CAD
--Total PF: 1400 CAD
RPRF:
Main : 490 CAD
Spouse : 490 CAD
--Total RPRF: 880 CAD
Total Fee: 2380 CAD (Paid via CreditCard)


**** REFUND (2016/12/14)
Processing Fee:
Main : - 550 CAD
Spouse: - 550 CAD
Child1: - 150 CAD
Child2: NOT YET!

RPRF
Main : - 440,061 KRW (~490 CAD)
Spouse : NOT YET!

Refunding usually takes time between 2-6 weeks after your file is deemed incomplete after initial processing.

BTW... can you please tell me that what was the reason for your file to get rejected ?
