Hi folks, please do I really really need to pay part tuition fee to university of British Columbia or university of regina??? Or who knows a school that does not require part tuition?? Kindly help out, my sponsor won't pay fees till I get a study permit

You reduce your chances of the study visa being approved by not paying tuition up front. You would be better off paying the tuition before you apply for a study permit.
