Part tome Job offer in Campus

Hello Forum Family,

Hope everyone are doing good.

As the title suggest, I have got an Resident Advisor job offer from my University for the Upcoming fall Term as a part time International student on Campus. My question is Can I send this Job offer through Webform to IRCC to support my study permit application now?. I have applied under Non-SDS category on May 30th and have provided my Biometric and am waiting for my Medicals. Will this Job offer help the VO to assess my file further?.

IMO, it may harm your application. You applied for a permit to study, not to work. If you submit a job offer, the VO might think your priority is to work, not study. While Canada allows international students to work part time (full time if on campus), still the basic requirement is for the applicant to prove sound financial status to support the study without working. But it is still up to the VO to approve or refuse.

I have provided all the Financial documents with my application, but I thought the other way around, Sending the job offer would help VO realize the genuineness and my ability. However going through your view, I realized that it would be Absolute Blunder as it would weaken my application. I would take your advice and will not send the Job offer letter and hope for the positive results.
