I am an international student in canada. 20 hours for international student as you know that, and I'm working 20 hours under SIN. So my question is that, If I work on foot delivery alongside the Sin Jobs, will it have any problem in immigration as this is an Overtime.

You cannot work over 20 hours while studying. If you do more, you are working illegally. So, yes it would be a problem.
