Hi, My spouse works part time in Canada. Her work hours are unpredictable on a weekly basis and has done around 1400 hours in an year. Can she file this as an employment in Express entry profile?

She can if skilled and at least one full-time or two years part-time. Read the CEC requirements.

part time during studying phase or work permit phase? if studying phase then no, it is not accepeted
