I need your opinions on this issue. I have been working part time since last january 20 hours per week. For last three months i worked 30 hours per week and now i am back to 20 hours per week. So the total hours i have worked are (40*20=800 and 15*30=450 Total=1250) So now i have to do 310 hours more to make it 1560. my question is if i am able to calculate my working hours like this to claim 1 year work experience Completed in almost 17 months. If yes how i will be able to explain it on my reference letter as my normal status is part time.
