Hi I have 4 years part time working experience in the UK with the reference letter as per cic format. Will that be counted as 2 years or not. One of consultant told me it will not be counted.

Will be counted.

Whether that is equivalent to 2 years of full-time work experience depends on the number of hours worked per week.

I am currently enrolled in a full-time MAster's program but it's more of post-graduate training within my NOC (dentistry) and i get paid a stipend for it as well. Not sure if i can show this as work experience or just add to personal history. I do have 4 years of FT work experience prior to beginning my Master's so it won't influence my score but still i don't want to risk misrepresentation and wonder if anyone can help me decide if i should get a letter from my current university stating my designation as PG trainee, responsibilities, and annual pay?

Just add it in the personal history.
