Part time work during Masters for an Employer in India

Hi Everyone,

I am a bit confused and need your assistance -

1. I graduated from a college in India in 2014 and got a job in my field after that. I had notified my employer about my plans to go for Masters that same year and she was ready to give me part-time work opportunity during my stint abroad. My timeline goes -

April 2014 to August 2014 | Full Time work under NOC O
Sept 2014 - June 2015 | Part Time work under NOC O
July 2015 - Oct 2016 | Full Time Work under NOC O

So I was associated with my employer for over 2 years and my experience letter, job offer and release letter has the part-time bit mentioned. UK also gives students 20 hours/week work permit.

Can I claim points for this? My masters wasn't completed due to some personal reasons and I have created an LOE for the same. If I don't include my part-time bit then my points come to 413 and with part-time it shoots to 438. I am currently working for a different firm. Please help!

Part time work does not count if you were studying full time.

Hi, there is also a pointer that says that Part Time work during Post graduation is allowed provided it is a valid NOC and I had gained the necessary skills before that.

Also, I was in UK that gave me 20hours work permit on a weekly basis and I am applying under FSW and not CEC.
