part time student due to medical conditions

i was a part time student in one semester due to my medical conditions.
I applied my work permit without doctor’s note and I got a refusal recently.
I’m am planning to reapply it now. So if I attach a doctor’s note this time to support my reason for being part time, are there any chances of getting it approved this time?

Possibly, you also want written confirmation from your school that you took a scheduled break with their approval.
