Part-time online study during Full-time job in Personal History?

I'm studying a part-time online Master degree from a USA university. The study doesn't require a study permit (neither from the US nor Canada).

At the same time, I'm working fulltime in Canada on a closed work permit. This work experience makes me eligible for CEC.

1. In the post-ITA application, should I list the part-time online study in personal history?
2. Does it risk my CEC work experience because the study period and the work period overlap a lot?
3. Should I list the study country as Canada or USA?
