I included every part time jobs I held under SP.Hi,
is it true that part time jobs I had while I was an international student on SP don’t need to be added to personal history as the main occupation was student?
I didn't add any, was fine with me.Hi,

That is correct. Your main 'occupation' while on a study permit was STUDENT. I held the same part-time job with a bank for 2.5yrs and that's the only reason I included it on mine. I had 2 other part time jobs which were less than 3 months and I completely left those out. Unless the jobs were important, I would leave them off. No need to list Tim's and McDonalds' server on your forms if you get what I'm saying.Hi,

I only had crappy jobs during SP, serving at some restaurants etc… my lawyer has told me not to mention any of them as they are completely different irrelevant but how come this would not be misrepresentation? That is correct. I won't call those jobs like serving at some restaurants as crappy jobs. After all, they helped me pay my bills. Also, I learned a valuable lesson in humility and appreciate more those people who are making my coffee at Tim's or helping me at Walmart's. Made some friends along the way. They were part of my immigration journey. And I am proud to have worked for them. Just my opinion, though.I only had crappy jobs during SP, serving at some restaurants etc… my lawyer has told me not to mention any of them as they are completely different irrelevant but how come this would not be misrepresentation?
It can not be misrepresentation because students tend to work odd jobs while in school. Their main goal is studying and you working is only assumed not implied or mandatory. You can include them if you feel compel to, but working some months as a server while studying is inconsequential.I only had crappy jobs during SP, serving at some restaurants etc… my lawyer has told me not to mention any of them as they are completely different irrelevant but how come this would not be misrepresentation?
that makes sense, thanks a lot for your help.It can not be misrepresentation because students tend to work odd jobs while in school.
