Part Time Jobs in Montreal for Non french speakers

Can non french speakers get a part time job in Montreal?
Like if someone is a student at Concordia and doesnt know French at all but knows English, so can she get a job for like 20 hours per week?

Does Montreal people know English or they just speak french?

.. i'm not in montreal but my wife is ...she does'nt speak french,,but only understand a bit of francee , it depends on the nature of the job.. mostly quebecois speak french ,but also some speaks english.as long as they understand you or you understand what they need you for ...your fine..!
