after my three year diploma in electrical engineering (2001 to 2004), i did part time job as a electrician in a industry untill my regular degree completed in electrical (2004 to 2007) so, i have part time experience(3 year),can any body tell me that part time job experience can eligible for under federal skilled worker category 1? if yes, then how much minimun hours conditions in a day or in a months?tell me the brief explanation plz. help me.
 
there are 3 condition with regard to employment that is necessary to be fulfilled to qualify for FSW1.

Ministerial criteria, Points and at least one year of employment.

The first two can be fulfilled through part time work. I am not sure about the last one. Actually, i think for the last one too as long as it is equivalent to continuous one year full time employment.

One year full time employment is 1950 hours. So you would have to convert your part time hours to see how many years you have in full time equivalence.
 
I believe that part time job is considered while calculating no of years but proportionately to full time employment.
