I'm very confused about pages 10 and 11 of the Middle East forms from the Immigrants Guide.
I just want to make sure we don't miss them out if they're needed.
Both pages are declaration forms, but seem disconnected from the previous or following forms. Half the page is in English and the other half is in Russian (I think).
We are applying outland - I am a Canadian citizen sponsoring my wife. We both live outside of Canada, no children and no dependents, no one else is coming with us to Canada.
Do these forms apply to us?
