Hi,
Parkland like all others is a standard college, recognized by CIC FOR POST GRAD WORK PERMIT approval and is an approved college under SPP.

However, the most well known and largest college in Saskatchewan province is SIAST. But, no colleges in Sask. offer a PG level course (cert/diploma) like it is offered in colleges of Ontario, BC, Alberta etc. and for pursuing a post graduate level course, you will need to apply in the 2 Universities located in Sask province - Univ. of Sask OR Univ. of Regina, where admission standards are high. So, if you are already a graduate/PG from your native country, then you must look for studying in other provinces for PG cert/diploma courses in colleges, unless you have very high marks for admission to the Master's level courses.
As per Sask immigration rules, you need to do a full-time course of ATLEAST 1 year and then work for 6 months in a job in Sask province and after receiving a full time permanent job offer in Sask, you can apply for PNP nomination and eventually PR under student stream.
