Paris VO: big delay for a Visitor visa, it's normal?

Hello, I applied for a online visitor visa through the Paris VO (my residence country is Spain) the the past 27 of August, and until now I haven't received any news about my application :-[

The processing times for a visitor visa is 9 days, however I've waited for more than the double of time and nothing is moving. Is that normal, I mean, have this kind of delay may indicate something like they will refuse my app?? ???

The 9 days is for 80% of the applications, that means 1 out of 5 applications takes longer.

Give it at least a month.

Thanks for your reply, I guess I'm part of the other 20% that must wait more than 9 days. I will wait a month as you suggest, before do something. ???

I just hope there's not problem at all, the past two times that I requested the visa was very easy and efficient. 8)
