Hi everyone
new to this forum but really thrilled about all the really useful information on here. My partner and I have applied for a CSQ with the Immigration Quebec office in June last year (2011) and after several months of absolutely nothing (I think the first actual correspondence we got from them was in February this year (2012), requesting a couple of more documents, which we duly sent them. We have been checking their processing website religiously and were excited when it finally moved to "now processing applications submitted in May 2011", only to find that as of today, it said "September 2011" and that we should have been invited to a selection interview if our application was received before then. So, what gives? Does anyone have similar experiences with their office? Do they tent to just leapfrog over several months? Do they come back to others that might have been not as busy / busier than the ones that they currently are processing? Anyone who has any info on how they operate would be greatly appreciated (as they do not discuss individual cases over the phone), especially since we are a bit tired of waiting now and really eager to get moving.
Thanks everyone!
