Parent's visitors visa mothers last name issue

Hello everyone,

I am planning to invite my parents on visitor visa from India?

My mothers name in My passport is Kiran Sharma (name after marriage).
Her name in her passport is Kiran kumar.

So last name is different.

What are the options here?
1. Change my passport, i know which is lengthy time consuming process.
2. Can i use option which says does the person have any other names?
3.Can i have some affadavit which can confirm both name are same person?

Please suggest what are the best option here ,has anybody faced similar issue?

I thought usually a birth certificate is used to proof relationship with parents. What is her offical name on her passport and other IDs?
What is her name on YOUR birth certificate?

Many countries' passports do not have parents names.

Her name is birth certificate is after marriage name i.e Kiran Sharma

All her other id's and passport has before marriage name i.e Kiran kumar.

Can we use some affidavit to help the case or it wouldnt matter as first name is right .
