I would appriciate it if someone can guide me regarding the below situation:
my mom has recently get her visitor visa, and right now I want to apply for my dad. I have two questions:
1- On the IRCC portal is asking me if my dad's wife (my mom) is accompanying him to Canada. What should I answer to this while my mom has a visa and they do not know if they are coming together or not. Please advice
2- Between new and old portal of IRCC which one should I submit his application to get higher rate of acceptance?
