My parents visitor visa got rejected twice (1st one applied in July & got rejection in November, 2nd one applied in December & got rejection in January 2025).
Is it ok to apply a super visa again now or wait for few months?

I’m 6months pregnant right now and trying to get visitor visa for my parents however I got two refusals :(

What were the refusal reasons? You need to be able to adequately address those refusal reasons if you reapply.

Refusal reasons:
I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay : for this we showed home ties to India that is my parents have to take care of my grandparents and also they both have businesses that’s been running successfully since 20 years( provided their business proofs & ITRs as well)
Your assets and financial situation are insufficient to support the stated purpose of travel for yourself (and any accompanying family member(s), if applicable): We provided $15,000$ Canadian dollars each bank balance & also parents ITRs, and CA attested letter for their properties and financials.

However still they rejected with these reasons and the letter headline says “ Rejection letter - Generic “

How long was visit? Your parents taking care of their parents are not ties to return. Cash is low depending on length of visit. Properties are not funds nor ties. For their business did they include client contracts to show that they cannot leave the business for any length of time.

Did you mention pregnancy? If so, that will raise red flags that parents will not leave.

If you meet LICO for the number of people in your family then go that route. Still need to address ties to return.
