Parents Visiting after Renouncing PR

Hi All,
I am filing the online portal application for my parents TRV.

They renounced their PR last year as they didn't meet the Residency Obligations.
Should I voluntarily add in this information to the application (under any additional documents)?

Although the officer should be able to see this information under my parents UCI number. I just dont' want any eyebrows to be raise which could delay the processing of the TRV application.

Please advise!

IRCC can see that they previously had PR status. They should provide very strong ties to their home country because of their previous PR status indicates that they have had the desire to live in Canada permanently.

You can mention it if you want but it isn’t necessary.
