Your parents can apply for a regular visitor visa.

You cannot apply to bring them on a super visa until you are living and working in Canada.

Thanks for your feedback, you mean they need to apply themselves in embassy for regular visit visa and give justification that our son is going Canada and we want to travel with him as alone we can't travel?

Yes - they need to apply for a regular visitor visa.

I would not use that as a justification since it may make CIC concerned they have plans on remaining in Canada long term and may not return home. They should indicate they wish to come to Canada as tourists for a short visit and provide strong evidence of their ties to their home country. I would request a 2-3 week visit maximum.

To add to scylla's reply: I would wait for a few months until after you have landed as a PR and settled in before inviting your parents. Also, I would not mention that your parents cannot travel by themselves

Just want tO point out they are still visitors so this is not a longterm plan. If you haven't moved to Canada yet you are years away. at the very minimum, fROM entering the lottery for them to gain PR.
