Parents Visit Visa

Hi, can anybody tell me if i can apply my mom a visit visa online using my cic account or should i create one for her. She's currently in the Philippines.. Please advise, thanks

As a representative to principal applicant, once can do this for sure.
I did and lot of others too.

Existing or new one: I am not sure.
New one doesn't hurt as it is not going to be your application.
Two options to create online to apply
1. Through Canadian Banks online banking account
2. GIC login
