Hi, I am permanent resident of Canada, Just became permanent resident on spousal sponsorship in December 2019, my baby boy born in January 2020, I got job this month with 3500$ per month. We are living in a 2 bedroom apartment and my wife is on maternity leave, before she had job of around 4000$ a month

I want to apply visit for my parents, my father age is around 73 years and mother is around 60, they are living with my brother in Karachi. My brother have his own business (clothes shop) but off course cash business, he is married with 2 children's under 4. We have 2 houses worth 20 Million PKR. (200000 CAD$)

Scenario:
I am applying for parents, no travelling history, father is retired, age of 73, having 1 million bank statement in PKR (10000 Cad$) and house on his name. No bank statement of my mother.
My brother having bank statement of 2 million PKR (20000 Cad$), age 30, 2 children (age 1 and 4) and wife.
I have bank statement of 7000$ from 1 month and $4000 per month job with 2 bedroom apartment on rent

What are chances?

1- Should I only apply for my parents with my brother? As my father is in his 70s and mother in 60s and never traveled before and can not speak English, I want my brother to be with them.

2- Should we apply for my parents with my brother and his 2 children's and wife.

Brother travelling history is traveled to Europe/Scheghen many times on study and visit visas.

Which scenario has more chances?

First off all would wait until covid 19 is over. You haven’t been in Canada for very long and your savings are not very high. Would wait longer which you will likely have to do with covid but only apply for your parents. Your brother would have to apply separately anyways. The more members of your family who try to travel to Canada the less ties they have to Pakistan. Your parents must show they can finance their own travels and should only ask to travel for 2-3 weeks given this is their first international travel. Someone at the airline should be able to find a translator if necessary.
