Hey.
I am a PR living in Canada with my husband, and I am applying for my parents' TRV (visit visa); they live in Pakistan. My father was filling out the eligibility criteria, and he was given the following question:
"Do you have a family member who is a Canadian citizen or permanent resident and is 18 years or older?"
(The definition of family member they give is: a spouse or common-law partner, dependent children, and their dependent children.)
I have PR and I am above 18 years old, but I am not dependent on my father. Does this make me his dependent child or not? Should he answer yes or no to this question?
